A Concept plan sets out for you the complete site/area we are concerned with. It is all inclusive and very thorough.
Includes up to 4 site visits and 1 set of changes to plans. A council search is often required (any fees attached to this are additional)
I will conduct a full site analysis and measure in order to understand the nature of the site, architecture and its surroundings.
Materials, colour theme, style, placement of elements, spatial awareness, soil type, structures, pathways, lighting, pools, fences, planting and maintenance are examples of what we will address.
Plans are presented to you in A3/A2 format, rendered drawings, visual aids and notes to explain ideas. A hard copy for you and contractor plus an electronic copy emailed to you. During the design process I will arrange a site meeting with appropriate Landscape contractors to provide integral implementation information.
Concept plans give you all the information you need in a clear layout, for you to commence the project in a DIY fashion or for a contractor to be engaged.
I am certainly available for site visits and advice throughout the project. By investing in a Concept plan designed for your space you are investing in your home, asset, lifestyle and self.
Should the Concept plan require a planting plan and schedule then one will be provided at a 50% discount on green plan costs. Construction drawings can be provided and will be POA.
Please read what these clients have to say about their experience:
“Melissa was recommended to us by a friend, often the best way. Upon meeting Melissa we instantly warmed to her approach and personable style, it was clear that ours was going to be a fun project and that her reputation was well earned. She has vast knowledge and a fresh way of looking at things. Listening to what we wanted and guiding us to get just that but in a really beautiful way, we were blown away by her clever solution to our small dull space. We love our garden and its a total credit to her”
“My husband are I have very limited knowledge about plants, and little time or inclination to spend on garden maintenance. We met with Melissa from Ambrosia Grove, and gave her our wish-list, which was to create a maximum impact garden, with minimum maintenance, for a family with children who enjoy playing sport in the garden. Our brief included the addition of a new deck, paving and a total plant revamp. Melissa created a detailed garden plan which was drawn to scale, which helped us visualise what it would look like. The result was exactly what we were wanting - a garden that delivers an amazing ‘wow impact’ in what is a relatively small space, which has room for the children to play, and requires minimum effort to maintain. We love it!"
“Melissa, we have bought another property and we won’t be doing a single thing without your input first, we know you will dream us up another brilliant garden”
